✨ Greenwear Designs Custom Garment Agreement
I. Design
After our initial consultation or correspondence, I will provide you with one sketch of the custom design based on your vision.
⛔ Please note: Out of respect for my time, I do not offer multiple sketches or consultations until a deposit is made and your dress is officially booked.
II. Payments
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production of your garment. This covers fabric sourcing, labor, and materials.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of your garment, before pickup or shipping.
- Your dress will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
- All deposits are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
III. Fittings & Alterations
All fittings and standard alterations are included if they relate to the agreed-upon design.
- You will have the opportunity to try on your garment and ensure fit and satisfaction.
- Changes outside of the original sketch (such as adding/removing sleeves or changing silhouettes) may incur additional charges.
- If you decide to make changes or alterations through another tailor or on your own, you assume responsibility for all resulting fit or quality issues.
IV. Design Changes
Design changes can only be made before your pattern is finalized.
- Major changes that require new fabric, labor, or structural adjustments may require additional fees.
- Changes must be agreed upon by both parties, and timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
- I reserve the right to decline design changes due to time, material availability, or if they significantly alter the agreed vision.
V. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placing your deposit, with a $25 cancellation fee. After this window, deposits are forfeited.
- Rush orders are non-cancellable.
- If you have supplied your own fabric or base garment, and you cancel or do not complete payment, those items will not be returned and your deposit will be forfeited.

Because this is a custom garment created just for you, it’s essential that you’re fully committed before booking.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Payment constitutes a binding agreement to all policies outlined above, whether or not a separate contract is signed.
- I agree that my deposit is non-refundable and goes toward materials and production time.
- I understand that a petticoat or added fullness will require an additional fee.
- I understand I cannot change my measurements, design, or fabric once the pattern has been drafted.
- I understand that if I do not pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks of dress completion, I forfeit my deposit and the garment.
- I understand that exact replicas of inspiration photos are not guaranteed.
- I understand that once I have received my garment, I may not return for new alterations, complaints about fit, or damages from wear (i.e. broken zippers).
- Any post-delivery alterations are subject to the designer’s availability and may include additional fees.
- I agree that if I do not receive adjustments after pickup, I will not defame the designer on social media or elsewhere.
