Your retainer includes a full digital review of your design vision, customized fabric selection sourcing, a tailored cost estimation breakdown, and a project timeline blueprint. This retainer fee is non-refundable and covers the structural layout and planning of your physical garment prior to sewing.
Production Timeline Policy:
Your design retainer and production slot are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To maintain your scheduled place in our design queue, all initial design specifications, fabric choices, and measurements must be finalized within this 30-day window. If specifications are not finalized within 30 days and no prior communication is received, the production slot will expire, and a new project retainer must be purchased to restart the manufacturing process.
